My Mercedes brand battery has black and white Indicators in the "magic eye".
Most other mainstream brands usually have 3 colours - green/good, black/recharge - red/replace..
Also I can't find where the points are to Jumpstart my B200...I've looked under the bonnet and in my (Japanese) owner manual, most mercedes say a red positive tab with a stub underneath and earth to chassis or negative stub...I can't find either.

Help appreciated 👏

Checking manual for jump start terminals location, found nothing on extra jump start terminals in bonnet. I could not also locate a red terminal in bonnet by visual examination. So jump start has to be direct to the red of the battery (+) and then black clamp (-ve) to chassis.

A better suggestion from anyone else??

Note my car (and english car manual) is from UK (imported).

Another mod maybe is needed?? Battery junction box (+ve) might be worth it

Canadian batteries often show no light…jump at the red or + terminal. Connect to a solid ground connection point.
Check your charging circuit and voltage. Other posts here cover that. YouTube covers many good ways to jump start…baby step by baby step.

Mods are not here to solve problems…they make sure all are polite and helpful if by chance they have seen a similar problem. Unique or new problems are always tricky.

Always do a B Class search before asking for solutions to a repeatedly covered issue if possible.

Yeh I did check forums already and charging 14.6v so ok possible bad battery.
When I searched mercedes B200T jump start it gave heaps of other Mercs with specific starting points under the bonnet/hood but damned if I could see any.. as they may not exist.
I know how to jump start but thanks for the advice (wasn't asking you specifically as an admin that's why I pu up a new post).

Much appreciated

you are welcome. In case you wish to add this function to your bonnet search amazon for battery jump post kit or remote battery terminals. comes with wiring cables but remember to use chassis for the black -ve I dont know if it is easy to guide red +ve cable from battery to bonnet in order to do the job. Will add this as a future project. It is definitely a must do. Thanks for pinpointing this.
