i've lost my banjo bolt for my 450slc 78'. where can i buy it and the washers to follow.
Thanks,
Dustin
How about filling in your profile so we know where abouts you are. Helps with potential advice.

My first stop is always the dealer. I either buy it there or score a part number and look elsewhere.

Let me make a wild-ass-guess. Are THESE what you're looking for?
Banjo- 915036 008202
Sealing rings- 007603 012110 (qty 2)
Exactly. I think, picture is kinda small. and by the way, im only 14 so there is no way back and fourth to a mercedes dealer.
I inherited the 78 450slc when my dad died, it sat in peices for years so im looking for these

Sorry to hear that.
Sounds like you have a great project on your hands. Make a thread about your car and your progress, and the forum will be a great resource. There are many knowledgeable people in here that pours their knowledge if you only ask.

That just means you've got a head start.

Let's see if any of the guys with salvage cars can scrounge up a fitting bolt for you.

At the top of each page is a UserCP button. Go there and you can fill out your profile with a general location, about your car and such to let the gang help you out.

Welcome to BenzWorld.

nahh, i got more knowledge then most, restored a 87 foxbody mustang 5.0 back ;) started with gutting, then suspension, then painted the bay, rebuilt the motor, ploped that in , welded the rust spots with new patches , and now just waiting for paint :)
