the noisy come from the back of ther car it looks like is coming from difretion but not and olso vibration idont know what is the problem

Rotors out of round?

If only from the back, maybe a bad rotor or tire out of round. If a lot of vibration, it could be wheel bearing or axel shaft bearing.
