Hello All,
The auxiliary fan on my 300D never runs, no matter how hot the engine gets, and its causing the car to overheat on hills. I have been told that the problem can probably be fixed by replacing the inexpensive switch that is mounted on the side of the thermostat housing(Thank you!!) I would like to test the fan however by by-passing the switch just to check its operation. Can anyone out there tell me how you would do this? I just want to check to see if the fan works before I buy a switch when the motor in the fan may be shot.
Thank you for any input,
Eric
