The problem surfaced when I tried to install a an aftermarket android screen. The screen required a 3.5MM stereo wire to extend to the center console and plug into an aux cord. I did, but the screen never produced sound. Thinking the screen was flawed I stopped.
Then I started to think, let me try stereo out on my computer and iPhone. None of them produce any sound through the aux input either. I am clearly selecting Aux from the music choices (FM, SAT, Aux, etc.) but no sound.
What in the heck am I missing?
