When closing my car door the window don’t seal up
Sometimes it take a couple times of opening and closing the door for the windows to go up and seal shut

any help will be appreciated

Listen very carefully with your ear next to the slot, do you hear a hissing sound right after you've closed the door?

Also, this requires some fiddling, whenever the windows don't go up, try to 'open' the door by pulling the handle enough to let the electronics of the car think you're opening the door, but without actually moving the door opening mechanism and thus opening the door.

If the windows go up instantly, I think you might have a leaking door actuator, which is used by the softclose system

If the window goes up after about 10-15 seconds, then the soft close has probably timed out. Try shutting the door just a little harder than normal. If the window goes up in a couple of seconds or less, then the pnuematic actuator in the door has a leak, and the computer will automatically disable the soft close feature after two times trying to soft close the door. If the window does not go up on a firm close, then you may be looking at another failure.
