I have a 95/E320 4DR with automatic belt tensioner in which I need to install the serp belt. Can someone help in how to install.

Do I just put belt on and thats it. How does it work ???

Ok, after checking with others I tried just tightening the tensioner pulley and it allowed me to put belt on like a release lever on a door to access the belt and others.
