I have been very impressed working with Cummins Automotive over time. They are located in Alpharetta. Cummins Automotive (Home) (770) 754-0250 Ask for Jeremy or Brian. Both have a lot of experience on older SL's (I have a '74) and do everything as far as I know. They aren't the cheapest I've found, but they are the best I have found locally. Good luck

I used to have my 79 450Sl serviced by Auto Benz when I lived in Kennesaw. I since moved away and highly recommend them. Marrietta is a haul from McDonough, however, maybe Cy can help you with a referral.

Cy is good people. He did a great job at keeping my car in top shape. Best mechanic I ever had. He will give you sound advice.
