started having asr problem recently on my 97 c280, could not find same problem searching asr , asr kicks in even on dry pavment and cuts throttle,
if i turn it off i can accelerate ok but triangle flashes when i give it gas,
after running a couple of minutes with asr off i can switch it back on and everthing is normal for the rest of my drive, always does this when car is cold,
ps living in canada and this winter is exeptionally cold but didnt have this problem other years, any ideas?

Maybe clean wheelsensors check they work with a voltmeter

i have not checked them yet, i thought because car was ok when warmed up it must be something else but you are right,best place to start i will have a look this weekend
