I thought this would be kind of a fun thread. Neat old trucks, some mogs...but should have an artistic edge...

This one.
Coach had awesome idea, Truktor do you have a better resolution of this photo?
( Giraffe camo )
Here is my shot at it...

I consider this a little bit of art... Appologies for the slightly blurry pic!

The title does say truck and not mog, so here are some G shots from our Death Valley treffen in October with some members of the G forum. Mine's the one on the left :)

I like the pic with 10 Mogs in line.
Yep, I like that one too. That was a pic of a lot I was setting up to purchase. But I started negotiating the price of them to much and the guy backed out and said he felt better selling them local in Germany. Was a weird deal to begin with. I still highly doubt those were the exact trucks either.

Here's one from last October in Moab.

Anything from Moab is artsy................
Glad to hear you say that! :D

I've yet to get my 406 out to Moab, but I've been there many times in my H2:

No offense intended, but IFS and H2's for the lose! Good for guzzling gas (seen it), feeling like a cheap chinese minivan (drove it) and rear ending people (seen it).
Yep, I feel bad for all the plastic and metal that goes into every H2 or H3 hummer. Seems like it could go to something so much better. Like maybe a ford festiva.
I'm glad to see someone use the H2 the way it was marketed. Have you had any problems with tie-rod ends? Great shots too!
My buggy !!! with mog axles !!! cheers Robb

The DoKa and the 'Cruiser buggy look A+ mate.

Mind my asking, but who made the wheels on the DoKa anyway?!

Thanks Chas! (I was wondering if anybody besides the Hummer haters would come out of the wood work :D).

No problems with the tie-rods, the whole front end has been reworked with heavy duty tie rods, pitman and idler arm supports and after market upper UCA's (also 4.56 gears and front locker).
The Cognito UCA's allow for a 3" front lift (by cranking the torsion bar suspension) while retaining the steering geometry:
