I have once used the Mitsubishi Pajero Own they are a little less wider then the MB own , but they didn't last for long .

But when comparing the 8 $ Pajero bushing to the 80 $ G bushing you wouldn't mind changing it more frequently then paying 10 times more .

Also I have customized some bushings out of teflon , they last but the ride got stiffer.

I tried same thing once (I used Toyota bushings and instead of metal ring I used nylon ring, same idea) - the result was that it lasted about 6 months and 15 000 km. They will work fine if you don't go off-roading, but if you do, I have a strong quess that they will broke quite fast. There just is not enough rubber to give elasticity needed in those bushings.

Now I have original bushings and no problemos.

My G need to replace the bushing to, I used Land rover bushing, they had cost 6 euros each instead of 50 euros Mercedes bushing,
