I just picked up my new C230Sedan, and love the car, but . . .

It's a little soft and nervous through hard cornering.

I've seen where some people have purchased the C32 sway bars and bushings from MB to help.

Does anyone know if the C32 struts/shocks & springs are also interchangable?

I'm looking to improve the cornering somewhat, without getting the same harsh ride as a BMW 3 with the sport suspension.

The C32 Parts WILL Interchange with the C230 sedan
You Can Install the C32 sway bars,brakes,...I Would Install H/R springs instead of the STOCK C32 springs....it Will lower the car and firm up the ride

As I noted before, I'd like the car to corner better, but also would prefer that the car not ride like my son's wagon afterward. Is the ride with H&R not "too" hard? (firm is one thing, but harsh is a real nuisance on 10 hour drives)

Thanks again. . .

The H&R's do ride hard, I helped a fellow forum member remove his last week from his C32, he was not happy with the ride although he liked the look. Check out Eibachs, they ride as soft or softer than stock. I got mine installed for $330 in L.A. and don't regret it at all as I'm very picky in noise and drive comfort. Going from 16" to the C7 17" wheels made more of a difference in ride than the springs. The AMG sway bars had no effect on ride at all. Until you hit the corners you wouldn't even know you changed them.
