This is a question about the E Class estates, late W 124 or early W210.
Years 1994 to 2000.

Anyone know if the 7-seater estates are worth any more than the standard estates.

Probably not. The additional seating is a pad, bolster, seat belts and carpeting added to the storage bin in the parcel area, not any kind of dramatic revision of the vehicle or its configuration. I believe you can actually convert a 5-seat to a 7-seat relatively easily. Your use of "estate" rather than "station wagon" or "wagon" indicates you are not in the US. I am referring to the vehicle in the US (most estates in this country came as 7-seat versions, I believe). I can't speak to added value elsewhere. My answer would be the same were I to suppose for the same reasons.

When I had a 123 wagon i wished for the seat and cargo cover, with my 210 where it came standard it does not make any difference, since I dont have any midgets to put back there. I usually raise the cover and put groceries in the well.
The price is only important if somene wants the feature, I definately did want the feature on my ML.
