Just found out about Lamin-X film as a protective barrier for headlights and wanted to see if any one is using it, and get their opinions on it.

They don't make anything specifically for our generation of Benz, but they carry coatings for 7" US and European headlights.

Nothing for the large European lenses other than the film sheets, seems like cheap insurance for new lenses.

If I have time I'll order a set for my Hellas.

I purchased some sheets from xpel.com. They have a Euro light kit for $70, but it was cheaper to give them the dimensions (8.5 x 15.5) and have them cut me some custom sheets. Going that route, I had my lights covered for $35 vs $70.

Auto Anything has them. I've bought two sets, one for my low and one for my high "E" lights. Great stuff, perfect fit, easy to put on. Just follow the directions. Already saved me a lens.

Thanks for the info! I'll order a set for the Hellas, then a set of sheets from xpel.com when I get new lenses for my Euro hi-specs.
