I wanted to get my windows tinted but when the doors open, the back side panel of glass automatically lowers about 3/4 inch to make it easier for people to exit car. Has anyone been able to get around this so that you could install tint without the windows moving? If the window lowers or rises, then it would not give the tint time to dry.

You could always just disconnect the battery or unplug the fuse that controls your window. That way no power will go to the window.

I had mine tinted and they came out fine.

Any reputable tint shop should be aware of the window motion issue when opening/closing the doors and should able to work around this issue. There are other vehicles that have the same feature, so I'm sure most tint shops have encountered this before.

How much and what kind of tint you use? Did you have pics of your tint glasses?

I used medium tint. It looks pretty dark because the interior is dark. You can get many different kinds of tint, but I prefer the regular black color tint as opposed to some of the other types like the reflective silver tint look, etc. Cost was about US$160.00

That tint looks real good. Did you get tint on the front windsheild. I know there is a uva/uvb tint available with very minimum shading for the front.
No, there is no tint on the front windshield. It just looks dark because the interior is dark and I took those pics around 5:00 pm, so there was not much light inside the cockpit. Front windshield tinting isn't too popular around here, except for the occasional strip of tint at the top of the windshield.

Really thanks for the info and the pics your car are beautifull, just need to put the quadra exhaust in the rear.
