The design of the seat themselves are nice but overall they look so tacky. The colors and the headrests are pretty brutal. I would like it better if the rest of the interior was in better condition and the seats were all black. Just my opinion, I'm sure there's a market for this car and that interior.

absolutely. If I was buying it to keep I'd only go for the original interior (preferably the black and grey two-tone).

In the James Bond movie, 'Live and Let Die', there's a fairly good portion of film given over to the popular 'pimp-mobiles' of the day (1970's) and if ever there was a throwback to that era, this surely evokes it!

What surprises me is that whoever did this spent a lot of money. Usually, people with money have better taste than this. Usually.

sort of reminds of an Impala. but white leather looks nice on the w140 now that i look at it. don't like the player thing on the headrest(i am guessing this was a ghetto custom job in the early 2000's)

Ghetto money and human money have two totally different tastes.

Yes there is a certain market for one of these cars. Try the south Bronx, or Harlem, or Compton California

lol. I am buying to resell. I think it will have an appeal to a "certain" market.
What market is that...South Central LA or Southside Detroit??? Oh, wait, Maximos...you're from OH...East Cleveland or Youngstown?

I could tell slightly by the interior, the missing C-pillar trim and the crappy center console show that he probably did spend all of his money on a cheap c140, then spent what little he had left on the seats. I don't even want to know what the mechanics of this car were like.. Actually I do, what all was wrong with it? And if you don't mind, how much was he asking?
