Hi ya, as far as im aware the pollen filter is at the bottom of the heater and not the top, as for removal do a search. Its a straight forward job and shouldnt take long to do

It is a bugger to remove first time round - access is restrictive, central floor console out, seats pushed right back, remove cross brace rod (2 bolts) and a whale load of patience!........pull out existing and stick new one in folded to point of entry!

you can also gain access to the pollen filter through the top by removing the front switch panal facia, not sure about actually replacing it and not damaging the new one, i just removed mine!! and had to bend it to get it through the hole. but my heater works 10 times better, i can live with a bit of pollon.

Hi ya, you've got me interested in how you got to the pollen filter from the top, there is no way you could on my 108CDI even if you removed the whole of the top of the dash because it has to come out under the the upper bar which goes across the cab. Im wondering if they fitted a different heater in later vito's or revised where it was to make it easier to change?
