It would be nice to print some of the instructions out but the app doesn't allow printing. Any ideas?

Don't have the CD as yet but this may be a workaround...
Hit "Print Screen", Open "Paint", Paste, adjust image as necessary, print...

Has anyone tried and/or is it allowed to burn a copy of the Star Service CD? If so...what steps need to be taken and CD format(s) used?

Just tried using Toast and it copied fine but it is a copy protected CD-Rom. When you put the copy in, it brings up a dialog saying that you have to use the original. There is a link to webpage for more info. You'd need an app that can break the copy protection.
