I've been having this problem with my turn signals... They come on and stay on, making a whining noise when I activate them, and occasionally function normally. The hazard signals are the same story; they work but stick on and whine, but sometimes flash normally.
I don't think it could be a switch/stalk problem, though for some reason the first notch on my wipers seems to not want to activate unless I turn it to the second speed and then back down.
I've already changed all the normal fuses. So should I go ahead and buy the turn signal relay behind the cluster, or am I missing something maybe?
Just want to get some more sage wisdom before I go throwing money at problems. Thanks as always.
