Hi,

I'm looking for a windscreen washer nozzle for a 94-96 w124 MB PN 1248602047. Thanks.

I have but they're stuck up. Not worth trying to clean up methinks.

They also are hard to remove without damage if I recall correctly from when I tried to remove one. Are they not available new?

On the flip side, you can unclog them by taking a thin strand or two from a piece of stranded wire (14 gauge for example). Use the wire to "ream out" the nozzle while spraying once in a while. If you have the hose off the nozzle you could try to clear it by blowing air in the reverse direction.

All this will probably reveal to you that the nozzle is adjustable. They are small balls with the outlet drilled into them. With the wire inserted into the nozzle you can change the position of the ball, relative to the point on the windshield where you want the stream to hit. There should be two streams from each nozzle.

The nozzles are not that expensive new, and if you use distilled water mixed with concentrated fluid vs. tap water then they virtually never clog.

Also to prevent that washer tank from growing algae and the like just add a bio control agent such as linked below.

They are that expensive new; north of $120, which in my view makes them 'that expensive'. I should have been clearer. I'm after the entire unit; nozzle, hoses, etc. Thanks.

I think you've been given the wrong info. Less than $47 direct from the MB dealer (see link). Full retail is $64
