some how a golf tee fell behind the back edge of the ash tray and out of view or reach. now it wont shut all the way . does anybody know how to remove the entire wood grain piece so that i can get under it and pull the tee out? do i have to remove the entire surrounding wood grain console piece or can i just remove the entire ash tray - slide out piece? thanks for the help

. Two screws for the little catch all well, then two screws in the bottom on either side and it should slide out if memory serves. Google on it, there are quite a few videos out there that look at w202 and MB maintenance in general.
