Does anyone know if there any 'line level' inputs to the radio (either the Bose or the standard radio) that would allow direct input for a Sony XM Radio satellite receiver? The Sony provides input to any cassette-equipped receiver through a device shaped and sized like a regular cassette tape with a wire running out to the receiver. They also offer an FM modulator that converts the signal to an FM signal that it broadcasts (very short range) to your FM receiver. Both of these options degrade the very high fidelity XM radio signal and the cassette option suffers from a messy, clumsy cable running out of your cassette deck to the XM receiver. I am hoping there is some way to get the XM radio signal directly into the system.
I plan to get an ML500 when my ML430 comes off of lease in July.
Thank you in advance.
Re: Or you can just get a different head unit altogether

I would strongly prefer to go with the OEM head unit in order to keep all the MCS functionality.
Regarding your first response, what is 'Command'?
