Any equipment changes/updates on the 2002 C240?

My folks are looking to buy one and since I couldn't convice them to go with a BMW (I have a 330Ci) I talked them into a C240 since it's a great car. I want to know if we should get a 2001 or wait for the 2002 if it has updated equipment or features. <br>
