What is that stuff and why is oil around it? Have another one, on the left, same, with oil leaked around.

Those are the tops of the shock absorbers.
Why is there oil around them? Probably because they are leaking and some of the oil has worked it's way up to the engine bay.
Pull the wheel off and look them over very carefully, see if you can find oil leaking down the body of the shock.

Look at your shock absorber first, make sure you have a problem before you replace parts.
Remember, that this is only an educated guess, and not necessarily the actual cause of the problem.

Question back to you: Can't you get parts cheaper and faster from somewhere in Europe?

The last fitter to service you car may have just put a spay of oil on there to stop rust
wipe it first and see if it comes back.

I have similar thing on mine (63kmi), only in much smaller proportion. I had my car for 1 year and during this year the oil stains did not get any bigger.

I looked and there is no oil on the shock absorbers. Thx everyone!

@Bruce R. I can get parts faster from Europe, but not cheaper. In my country i can get the same parts, but at 3 times the price in US. From germany i can get them at twice the price in US.
