I just came back from America's Tire Company and found out that my stock wheel is leaking from the lip of the wheel near where the spoke meets the lip. The leak is a pin hole leak and according to the Manager there, he said it's a manufacture's defect and that Mercedes should replace it for free. He said he's seen it before.

Unfortunately, the dealership is closed. I just wanted to see if anyone here has experienced this before?

Will I have a valid case against the dealership?

Is your car still under warranty? I talked to my dealership a couple days ago because the people at the tire place told me one of my wheels had a slight bend. They told me that the warranty doen't cover "road hazard" types of damage but they do cover defects (which is what it sounds like your problem is). And even if you are not under warranty, you might be able to play the defect card anyways and they should be willing to work with you. Worse case senario, get one off of ebay for a couple hundred bucks.
