I have seen those on a CLK

B4 they look really nice..!!! so im pretty sure they fit all you have to do is use a spacer i believe im correct in this info..!!

I used to have the AMG CL Type 1...

Same offset as the multi piece wheels.

You need 10mm front and 12mm rear if I remember correctly plus longer bolts.

with a 19x9.5 in the rear.. and possibly going with HR Springs and Bilsten shocks.. and adding spacers... will this require a fender roll?

With the right spacers, no need to The rear has a lot of space.

I used to have the same setup on my CLK. 19X8.5 in front and 19x9.5 in rear. 225\40 front ...

I used to have the same setup on my CLK. 19X8.5 in front and 19x9.5 in rear. 225\40 front and 275\30 rear. My car was lowered with H&R springs and yes we had to slightly roll the fenders in the rear. Both front and rear wheels required spaceres, but I am not sure of the size.
