Heres the link - sad to say MB and AMG new about this problem- If any of you have had cam shaft issues, suspect issues or want to avoid this- hopefully this can help. Fixing this part that causes the problem is not under your MB warrenty.

As you read on in the article you will see that 3 other suits have been filed against MB and it appears they knew about this since 07. I truely hope this isnt the case as if so, there goes my wish of every owning one.
