I think the Gen I (and Gen II) W124 AMG spoilers deleted the stock fog lights and provided driving lights instead. How did you determine these are fog lights and not driving lights?

pretty sure technically they are high beam driving lights. Heard them called a few different things. They don't delete the stock headlight fogs though, with the headlight switch pulled out for fogs, also turns these on. That's why i called them fogs.

Ed are you suggesting that those Bosch lights would fit a w124 or W124 AMG bumper?

Mark

That's exactly what I'm using...have a set of clear and yellow driving lamps.
Paid a great deal for the" AMG" yellow from Germany and after receipt discovered that they are nothing more then the Bosch Pilot 150's !!!
The housing fits the bumper cutout and is secured with a bolt through the bumper cutout rear hole.
The lamp assembly then fits into the housing and is held in place by the side lenses which are fixed by a screw into the housing...

Fully understand you're selling, just advising you on current market value for a new set which should help you setting a realistic valuation of your old set...

How do you wire these things so that there is no error on the dash? Will a relay take care of it?
