It will fit

It will fit the c240 and you will see substantial gains in both hp and torque.

Will fit but will blow up your engine. It will not work unless you do A LOT of custom fabrications including changing the pulley because it boosts too high for a C240 engine.

need to know what is included - ie the complete unit itself, pulley, mounts and the AMG plastic cover - is it a complete kit ready to install without need for anything else (other than cooling mods)?

The C32 is fitted with a supercharger setup designed by AMG. It is much the same as Kleeman in principle.
As well as the supercharger, AMG played around with the engine management.
A C320 fitted with a Kleeman will be much the same hp as a C32 give or take a bit (look on Kleeman's web site for power graphs). However the C320 will not have the same suspension or brakes as the C32.
Anyone attempting to supercharge a 320 should consider the brakes very seriously - especially on the W203 where the power/weight ratio is high. The standard brakes are not suitable for 350hp.
