Am I the only one....

I have noticed that the bolts on the calipers have rusted real bad. Does anyone else have this problem on their 05's? I would think Mercedes would never have this kind of problem.

hmm nope, not on my car, but whenever my discs get wet, they turn brown for an hour or so...why is this???

yea i have the exact same problem--i think i got the demon car out of the bunch[:(!]

maybe it's cuz of the snow in the east coast???

The brown color is caused by rust. When you drive the car, the rust is rubbed off.

Mercedes has a bunch of re-calls on things like that and the lugstuds.

my bolts are sooo rusty! theyre completely brown/gold... I'm tryin to get them to give me new ones.... very upset about this too !
