Does anyone have a DIY on installing the dashmount Alpine GPS antenna?... don't want to go and start drilling holes in my dash when I don't know what I'm doin. Any help would be appreciated... weekend has finally come to do the NAV retrofit after a LONG period of procrastination... don't make too many plans for the weekend... may need some help even though I got Benza's retrofit DIY in my hand... haha []

I just attached the pad near the edge, and pushed the wire into the space between the dash and the A-beam. There is also space for hiding the wire down the side of the dash. Then, I removed the cover underneath the passenger dash and routed the wire across to the MCS.

UnCal... thanks for the info... I thought for sure I had to drill a hole to fish the wire through... will try fishin it through tomorrow... thanks again
