Recently I found that the cable going from my linkage to the transmission had melted and is now suspect for the serious decrease of both my rpm's and power. I can't seem to free up the cable inside the housing so I messed with my ALDA. Anyway, I turned the ALDA counter clock wise till the stop screw came out of the ALDA alltogether (by accident). Unfortunatly my power hasn't increased and now i'm not certain if I broke the ALDA from taking the stop screw all the way out. Can anyone tell me if it's ok to unthread the stop screw all the way off, or not?
