Alda adjustment question

My Alda does not have a screw on top to adjust like those I've seen in other pics. Just two screws on the side. How do I adjust it?

Ah, you have a euro M pump. There is no alda on your pump. Im not sure what that is there, but there are plenty here with m pumps, so they can offer more insight.
