Airmatic time to raise and lower

Hi all.
New user and owner of a 2008 GL 320cdi from the UK here.

Can someone please give me an idea of a normal duration to raise from normal ride height to level 3 and back down again.

Mine seems to take a couple of minutes both ways.. Is that "normal"?

Same with my GL420 cdi, it takes ages.
When you leave the door open the lowering stops (to prevent lowering the door on a curb stone or object)
