Air Intake Sensor

Anyone ever replace one of these in a PRE 96 car. I have it and mine does not seem to want to come out, i try twisting it she wont budge.. Any thoughts????

ok i got it.

u break one part off and twist like hell cause it hasn't moved in over 15 years....
