hi. has anyone tried to replace stock bulbs with aftermarket xenon bulbs? If so, please share your experience with us. I was looking to upgrade fog lights. Who makes the brightest blue-colored xenon bulbs out there? I want something that will last for a long time. Thanks a bunch.

Frank,
I love your car. wanna trade? j/k... Thanks for the pic. How do those xenon-charged bulbs compare to your factory real xenon at night? It's rather hard to see those lights during the day. Are they as bright as real xenon? How much did you pay? Do they last for a long time? I want to hear any comments on those bulbs. Thanks again for sharing your experience with us.
C36forlife
Thanks...more

Well they have a 2yr/unlimited guarantee so I'd
say they're pretty good. Besides, all bulbs WILL
go out in time but I've had mine for almost 2 yrs now
and no problems so far. The brightness is
very very close. Xenon's are just a bit whiter.
Price was about $35/set for the highbeams, $15/set for
the city lights, and about $35/set for the fogs.
Pretty cheap if you ask me.

Thanks again. That's a good price for xenon-charged bulbs..Do you if they still carry those?

Frank,
Thanks a lot~. Nice pics... Those rims must cost a fortune. Do you know if Pinnaclesound still carries those bulbs? I see that it's a stereo shop. I was also impressed by the cheap price. You are sure it's XENON-Charged? Some just have blue coatings and they sux big time. Thanks a bunch.
C36forlife

THE TRUTH ABOUT XENON/HID LIGHTS

C36foelife... if you are looking for xenon lights.. there is no cheap way of doing it. "xenon-charged" bulbs are gimmicks and they dont work. i've been through every bulb and i finaly got the REAL xenon.. u can't beat it. just my 2 cents.
andy
p.s. cheack out our website...
http://go.to/westcoastbenzos
Xenon Charged Bulbs

Frank,
I think for those xenon-HID look bulbs ... the higher the bulb wattage is the brighter and close to real HID it will look ... but the drawback is it will burn out quicker ..
Andrew
