Just bought a GLK250 BlueTEC that does not have factory navigation system. How do I know which one to buy? Thoroughly confused by all the different models out there. Any recommendations? Thanks for any help!

Are you looking for a stand alone GPS, or are you wanting a new head unit with display to replace what's in the vehicle?

Tough to beat Google Maps on an iPhone.

Is the car prewired for a Becker Map Pilot? My 2014 GLK had that option, and I bought one on E-Bay for approx $300. The unit plugged in on the left corner of the glovebox.

Honestly, all car satnavs suck. Buy yourself a little stick-on garmin for 150$, you'll be so much happier. It will take a dump on every car satnav and google maps.

Almost agree with Patman1 except Garmin's have terrible GPS satellite sensitivity. Use a smartphone with HERE maps and download the maps to your phone, it's all free and no ads. Maps are updated about every 3 months. Works fastest offline though more data (motels, restaurants, etc.) when online. Puts Google Maps to shame and works anywhere the phone can "see" the GPS satellites. Works better on an Android or Windows phone.

We have the high end MB navigation systems in our 2014 GLK250 and 2001 ML430, both are an insult to Mercedes customers.

Most phones fit pretty nicely, horizontally in front of the LCD display. I had nav on my 2013 C-class and it was so crappy I used my phone all the time, so when I got my GLK I didn't bother with nav.
