Hi, just had a look at those cats. they look the job the fact that they are the full bolt in pipe. What guarantee is offered with them. Never had cat problem with w220 however did have problem with cat on an audi a8, could'nt source an aftermarket one so I opted for a universal cheap weld in type(80euro). Worked fine(1year guarantee with it) however weld did develop some blow holes and had to be welded a little again after 8 months. I was told cat would probably burn out after about 80k but did'nt keep car long enough to find out. Why are your cats gone I presume you had other engine problems?
The car was in limp mode due to swirl flap motor being broken.
In limp mode the engine runs sweet as but obviously has no turbo power.
Now it's out of limp mode, at tickover particularly it runs very rough like on 5 cylinder, or possibly 4.
Changed fuel filter and no better, sometimes it...
