1981 380SL. I do hear a fffffft.... fffft... ffffft noise from #4 cyl. As if it has an air leak, not vacuum as it is time with the cyl. I'll make sure the spark plug is seated. Any ideas?
Probably going to sell the complete new soft top (great shape, black) on it to fund the engine work needed. Need a new WUR, battery, 4 tires.

Non-op for 12 yrs. Not sure when it last ran prior to yesterday.

WUR does not control cold start function... the cold start valve on the other side of the intake does.
Here is a picture of the Cold Start Valve.

Thanks! I need to pull that and clean it. Cold start V. Do they clean? Soak em?

soaking mine now. I pulled it and no gas shooting from it. Ill test with 12 volts later.
