One of the service rep said that I should schedule service A even though my mileage is still 5500 because its been almost a year.
My understanding is that the first service I would need is when the mileage reaches 10,000.
Is there any other service I should schedule if service A is not needed now?
Thank you in advance!

From what I understand you should service it every year OR at 10k miles - depending on what is sooner. I'm yet to receive my car (soon to be a 1st time owner too) but someone else should be able to confirm.

Check the owners/maintenance manual.

I know Porsche recommends the service at least once per year regardless of mileage.

Yup, read the fine print. Almost all makers insist on annual service (at least an oil change) X miles or annually whichever comes first.

10,000 or one year.

With my '05 w203 kompressor, I only put 25k on it in almost 5 years, but was still expected...and reminded.... to bring it in annually for the various services regardless of how many miles I'd clocked.
