These measurements were made on a W220 2003 Update S500L. I measured from under neath wheel arch to centre of MB Star in centre of wheel. Tape measure was used with magnet at 0mm against underneath edge of wheel arch. The average values for front and rear were 375mm Front and 365 Rear. Not sure why they are different but the car looks great.

No, you can't. There is only one ride height sensor for the rear wheels. However, if a front sensor is off, it can affect the rear.

Spot on, that is what normally causes this.
