Actual Capacity of the '02 E55 Gas Tank?

Can anyone give me the "real" capacity of the '02 E55 tank. I've read anywhere from 19.9- 21.1 gallons and I would appreciate any clarification. I'm picking up our E55 in 2 weeks and am trying to figure out cruising range. Thanks!

The manual states 80ltrs, light comes on with at least 15lts left.
