This is another story/description of exactly the same issue I have with my 2000 ML320..... It's throwing P0720 & P0500.... MY CAR IS THROWING CODES PO600-1605-and-1491 as well. It's not the conductor plate, wheel sensors, fluid level or anything obvious. Vehicle goes into limp mode immediately...
