A few days ago, I noticed oil on the ground and after tracing it i discovered that the high port AC line I believe, it was leaking and after i touched it at the black cap the gas and oil started to scape even more.

Does anyone have the correct part# and how to replace it?

Here is a picture of the fitting I'm talking about.

The first picture shows where the location of the fitting is.
The second picture shows with my key pointing where the oil and gas was scaping from.

Thanks for your help.

If refrigerant is leaking at the cap, more likely the problem is the valve core (needle, schrader etc.).

replace the valve inside you should be able to get one at some repair shop that works on a/c systems, then get a high pressure o-ring to replace the only you ruined when you took off the valve, and then reinstall.

I will try replacing the o-ring first. The shop where I took the car to told me that the car had converted from R12 to R134a and the fitting was after market, so I ended up at the dealer. Anyway after looking at the fitting I decided to take a chance and replace the o-ring first.

I've been trying to locate this fitting just incase the whole valve is bad. If I find the o-ring, how tight the valve has to be?

none of the w140's were ever shipped with r12, try to avoid that shop at all costs lol
if you don't mind getting your hands a little dirty you can make a few stops at a few local junk yards and pull one off another mercedes as long as it looks like the same part.

I will try the o-ring first, if that fails, on ebay I found a good use condenser with the valve and fans for less than $100. Does the o-ring has to be green? or just any o-ring with the same size will do?

That is incorrect. Early cars were shipped with R12. A 1993 model should be R134a from the factory however

"All W140 use R-134a refrigerant and special lubricant (Never R-12)"
