That sound may be the tensioner shock.
Put a screwdriver on the compressor, and then to your ear (poor mans stethoscope)
Listen if sound is compressor.
Also, try to wedge the shock end, and look for play in the rubber fitting in the shock.
when the rubber inserts in the shock wear, it causes it to rattle about.
