I have a w210 e300td 1999 that blows hot air from every vents ,just the center vents are working fine (the two on the dash up to climate control unit).
I checked the duovalve and repaired it .Recirculating pump if fine.I did a diagnostic and no error codes were find .when engine is cold the air is cols from all vents , when engine is warming , the air warms too.
Here are my live data from the climate control unit after 5 minutes from engine start:

Something is not right with the duovalve. Your symptoms are classic of the duovalve, and your 3 and 4 measurements are high which means the valve is letting hot coolant into the heater. The #1 measurement is normal so at least your climate control doesn't think it's freezing in there.

I think it's suspicious that both are high. Usually just one side gets stuck. I think the signal to the duovalve is the problem. Maybe check the connection at the valve?
