^^+1^^Something is not right with the duovalve. Your symptoms are classic of the duovalve, and your 3 and 4 measurements are high which means the valve is letting hot coolant into the heater. The #1 measurement is normal so at least your climate control doesn't think it's freezing in there.
I think it's suspicious that both are high. Usually just one side gets stuck. I think the signal to the duovalve is the problem. Maybe check the connection at the valve?
