I have an ML320 2002 model, It is running great, recently the ABD BAS lights came on , thhe lights only turns on when the car hit 15 miles on the speed dial below that speeed it,s off. had the diagnostics at my local mechanic and was told brake light switch which I replaced, I also replaced the battery witha new one, the car has brake pads and discs replaced as well as two new tyres , everything works perfectly except those lights, my mechanic tells me that he need to delete the errors before the lights will turn off, my question is : after you replace the brake light switch do you have to electronically delete the error or will turning the steering wheel lock to lock be enough?
