Can anyone recommend a company that can repair the ABS Control Computer on a 1999 E300?

Part number: 003-431-30-12

I've replaced all four speed sensors and front hubs and the system still fails.

Thanks,

Dave

What is the fault code? The part you mentioned is the ABS pump. The traction control module provides the fault codes, if you have a scanner that can scan the individual modules.
Then how did you determine that the ABS pump (hydraulic unit) is bad? You can have the ABS warning for many different reasons. You need a scanner that can access the Traction module from the 38-pin diagnostic port under the hood. Or have it scanned at a repair shop which has the proper scanner for Mercedes (with 38-pin adapter cable).

The ABS pump has the solenoid valves, High pressure ABS pump, and some logic. No scanner can reach the ABS pump as it does not have a diagnosis port.

I assume your car has ASR traction module, not the ESP. In this case fault codes are obtained from the ASR module. Some scanners can access the ASR module (like MB Star), and some cannot. The ASR module drives the ABS solenoid valves, and detect if there are shorts or opens, and generate fault codes accordingly. The codes go like CXXXXX, C means Chassis.

Typically, the ABS pump motor gets seized up, and this is detected immediately by the traction module.

I think it is something related to speed sensor(s), wiring, or the traction module as the speed sensor information is received by the traction module and sent to other modules like the TCM, ECU / IFI. That is why it is important find the problem from the traction module scan.

C1401 is the circuit fault for the ABS pump. The monitoring of the ABS pump is done by the Traction module. If this code comes up it is clearly the ABS pump. However, if no faults while the car is not moving, and warning lights coming on when the car moves, sounds like something else.
Are they a shop in Dallas?
You can get cheap Autel scanner with 38-pin Autel adapter to access the fault codes from BAS and ASR modules:
