I bought the OEM cd changer for 1999 E-class. <br> The cd changer was installed in 2001 SLK before..<br> And When I installed this to my 1999 E-class, Somehow my casette won't eject. When the eject button is pushed, it lights for a second and <br> nothing happens.<br> And my dealer said that entire unit have to be replaced???<br> Did anyone had same problem? Or did I installed something wrong?<br>

The CD changer install had nothing to do with the tape deck...

Bring it to a local radio shop. They should be able to fix it for you. <br> <br> You can always contact BeckerAutoSound.com as your unit is most likely made by them. If not, it's made by Alpine.

Is the suspension set to the position you installed it? did you remove the shipping screws? Remove the power from the changer for five minutes, reconnect and press and hold the eject button for one minute. If none of this helps, see one of your local Alpine dealers.
