I was driving over a pre-fab bridge, and my dome light pops off. Gives me a slight scare but not so much, as it was dangling for a bit.
I say to myself, let me fix this, so I unplug all the electronics and take it apart, and I am in the midst of having the board and lights/sensor cleaned or replaced.
It pops off and I realize, a while later after researching the parts, that there’s a In-cabin Air sensor that is attached to a 4 pin “molex” connector.
Regardless, I start the car a couple hours after disconnecting it and the A/C runs fine, but halfway in my 2 mile trip, it starts acting up by pushing air out from the windshield vent and stops pushing through the side and center air vents.
Only time is pushes from center vent is when I push the red or blue button mounted in between the center vent.
I shut off the car, thinking maybe I need to shut it off and the car seems to be fine, so I go to sleep happily.
Next morning I wake up and I start the car, seems fine but the AC no longer works and the blower is active, sounding like it’s on max output setting, I tell myself, uh oh, maybe it’s because of the sensor.
Regardless, I get to work and I shut it off, but the blower doesn’t want to shut down, so I pop the hood and remove the blower fuse. It’s been two days like this and I’ve removed the blower fuse several times now and it still works once I attach it, but I don’t let it run for fear that my battery might die.

1. What’s a solution to stop the blower from running when it shouldn’t be running.
2. Anyone have any suggestion or ideas on how to fix up the center dome lights?

To me it seems like a rat’s nest held together by wires and plastic pieces at this point.

Any help would be appreciated tremendously.

Slight update. Bought a older 1992 dome light unit and installed, the sensor works and the A/C does work on auto and cools the car correctly, but I’m still pulling out the fuse every time I leave the car to make sure my battery doesn’t die. Other than that, I don’t really know what to do or fix

Check to see if the blower stops appropriately.

I feel you man when it comes to these electrical problems. My unlock on my fob started working all weekend long, then this morning of course it stopped working again.

I’ve somewhat learned to just accept the damn bugs since attempting to resolve could yield lost money and still no fix

So far, still the same issue. I’ve read ahead and it seems a resistor might have blown. Don’t even know where to start to fix it.
